Looking at candidates with Experience in B2B/ Outside Sales from EDu Tech / ERP/ SaaS Industry Only. We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Business Development Executive to help us build up our business activities. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, wed like to meet you.

Ultimately, you'll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company's rapid and sustainable growth. The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Aggressively achieving the sales targets

  • Researching, developing, identifying, sourcing, generating, and nurturing new sales opportunities, target identification & classification

  • Develop long term strategies and shorter-term plans to meet aggressive revenue goals

  • Handling Key Client Accounts, Maintaining business repo with the customer

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media

  • Understand product and solutions and be able to demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients

  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives

  • Drive revenue growth & pipeline in strategic and enterprise accounts

  • Keep abreast of the latest trends in the LMS landscape to generate meaningful conversations and sales opportunities in the target market

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum current experience in selling enterprise B2B products for 2+ years

  • Dynamic, aggressive, result-oriented, and self-starter

  • Possess strong and proven expertise in IT product sales

  • Experience working with a CRM (bonus points for Hubspot/Salesforce CRM)

  • Excellent communication skills and has to have a good understanding of technology terminologies and trends
